Mind-Body Connection, will be at his office in McLean, Virginia. All courses
taught by Cynthia Margolies will be at her office in Dupont Circle, DC.

By Metro
Take red line to Tenleytown exit. Exit on west side of Wisconsin
Avenue. Facing Wisconsin walk to the left, following the store onto River
Road. Past the church. Next set of offices is the back of my building.
Patio turns to brick. Walk onto brick terrace and up the stairs or elevator
to the 3rd floor to suite 304. The waiting room door is unlocked.
From Maryland Beltway and 270 (coming from the West)
Exit at River Road in the direction of Washington. Continue several miles
and pass through the District line at Western Avenue until you reach traffic
light at 42nd Street.( this is right before you reach Wisconsin Ave) where
you will make a right turn. My office building is immediately on the left.
The # of the building is set back from the street near the elevator. Each
suite has a separate entrance. Suite 304 faces the back of the building on
the 3rd floor. My office is 2nd door on your right. The waiting room door
is unlocked.
From Maryland Beltway (coming from the East)
Exit at Connecticut Ave (south towards Chevy Chase). Continue several miles
until you reach the District line at Chevy Chase Circle. Take the third
exit from the circle at Western Avenue. Cross Wisconsin Ave and make a left
at 3rd traffic light onto River Road. Continue until you reach traffic light
at 42nd Street.( this is right before you reach Wisconsin Ave) where you
will make a right turn. My office building is immediately on the left. The #

From Silver Spring
West on East-West Highway to Conn. and then as above.
From Wisconsin Avenue
Turn onto Brandywine Street and make first right onto River Road and then a
quick left at light onto 42nd Street. Building is immediately on your left

From Maryland
Get over in the Right lane as you cross the Cabin John Bridge. Get off at the combined GW Parkway-Georgetown Pike exit, taking the exit ramp all the way to the end, at Georgetown Pike. (Be careful not to go on to the GW Parkway, which is the very first right turn after you separate from the main beltway.) Turn Left onto Georgetown Pike, cross the beltway, and turn Right just after the beltway onto Balls Hill Road. Turn Left at the first stoplight onto Old Dominion Drive. Turn Right at the fourth stoplight, Whittier Avenue. 6723 Whittier is about 1 block down on the left. Suite #206. Code for waiting room 2-5.
From Virginia Beltway
Take Virginia beltway from the South to Exit 46B, Route 123 North. Go 2.2 miles to Old Dominion Drive, VA Route 309 and turn right. Go 0.6 miles and turn right at the 3rd stoplight onto Whittier Avenue. 6723 Whittier is about 1 block down on the left. Suite #206. Code for waiting room is 2-5.
From D.C. via GW Parkway
Take VA-123 exit toward McLean and turn Right onto VA-123 S. Go 2.3 miles and take Left onto Chain Bridge Road. Go 0.2 miles and turn Left at first stoplight onto Old Chain Bridge Road/Chain Bridge Road. Go 0.2 miles and take Left at 2nd stoplight onto Old Dominion Road. Turn Right at first stoplight onto Whittier Avenue. 6723 Whittier is about 1 block down on the left. Suite #206. Code for waiting room is 2-5.
From D.C. via Chain Bridge
From Chain Bridge go 3.4 miles on VA-123 S and take Left onto Chain Bridge Road. Go 0.2 miles and turn Left at first stoplight onto Old Chain Bridge Road/Chain Bridge Road. Go 0.2 miles and take Left at 2nd stoplight onto Old Dominion Road. Turn Right at first stoplight onto Whittier Avenue. 6723 Whittier is about 1 block down on the left. Suite #206. Take red line to Dupont Circle exit. Use Q St. exit (Not "Dupont Circle exit") and come up long escalator to Connecticut and Q Sts. NW. Walk east on Q St., across Connecticut, to 19th St. Turn left and walk two long blocks to S St. Turn right and walk 1 and 1/2 blocks to 1724 S. Come up on porch and ring buzzer.
From Maryland Beltway
Exit at Connecticut Ave. south towards Chevy Chase. Continue about 6 miles downtown, past the Washington Hilton Hotel on your left. You will then cross Florida Ave. NW, a large street. Get over to the left right after Florida (there is a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse on the corner), and make a left onto S St. NW. Go 3 and 1/2 blocks, past 18th St. to 1724 S. Office is in a townhouse on the right side next to an alley. Come up on the porch and ring the buzzer.
From Virginia Beltway
Exit at Rte. 66. Go west about 9 miles and take the Key Bridge exit toward Washington. Continue on Key Blvd to N. Lynn St. Make a left onto Key Bridge, heading into Georgetown. 3/4 of the way across the bridge, take Whitehurst Freeway exit to your right. Continue on this until it becomes K St. NW. Come several blocks on K until 18th St. Go left and come up 18th (crossing Connecticut Ave NW) to S St. Make a right to 1724 S. Office is in a townhouse on the right side next to an alley. Come up on the porch and ring the buzzer.
Parking
Parking is on the street. On Saturdays it's a bit easier and residential parking restrictions are not in force, so you can park all day. If there is no spot on the block, try New Hampshire Ave, Riggs Pl. or Swann St.
