The Center for Healing and Imagery offers imagery audio-tapes for $12.00.
Our first tape, "Using Imagery for Relaxation and Healing: An Introduction," is designed both for practicing clinicians
and other mental health professionals who want to integrate imagery into their psychotherapeutic work, and for
anyone who wants to use imagery for personal growth and healing. This audio-tape contains several guided images
structured sequentially to 1) introduce you to relaxing imagery, 2) help you connect more deeply with your body, 3)
teach you how to play with your images to facilitate healing changes in your body, and 4) help you connect more fully
to emotional, spiritual, and physical resources outside yourself. The guided images are soothingly paced so as to be
easy to follow. Before and after each image is a brief discussion explaining its purpose and how you can use that
image on a regular basis.
