The Center for Healing and Imagery, (formerly the Imagery Training Institute), is authorized by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners, the Maryland Board of Psychology, and the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists to sponsor Category I continuing education programs.

Although all of the training provided by the Center for Healing and Imagery is highly experiential, the training is not intended to serve as psychotherapy, except for those offerings specifically labeled as "therapy." In addition, although clinical case discussions are also an important part of the learning process, these discussions are not intended to serve in lieu of formal clinical supervision where such supervision might be needed; the responsibility remains with the clinicians for applying the concepts and techniques taught in our seminars to their particular patients and clients.
